Move around
Use Pan or a trackpad to move around the canvas. Fit brings the current page’s artboards into view. Zoom with the toolbar or Control/Command with + and −. Shift+1 fits the page.
Focus your work
Select a layer and choose Fit selection, or press Shift+2. Collapse an inspector when you need more canvas space. Fit uses the available canvas area.
Choose tools
Use Select to work with existing objects, Frame to create an artboard, and the text, shape, line, drawing or image tools to add content. Draw within an artboard for ordinary layers.
If the view feels lost
Use Fit first. Check the active page and exit prototype playback or a historical revision if editing controls are unavailable.
