Choose the target
Select the layer, or annotate a specific area. Use additional selected layers or a reference image only when they help explain the change.
Describe the change
Say what should change and what should stay. Example: “Increase the product name and move the ingredients below it. Keep the logo and colours.” The request captures its project, page, target IDs and starting revision.
Follow its state
A saved annotation is a request record. Queued, working, blocked and ready for review describe different stages. Delivery to a host is not evidence that edits have been saved. Review the actual result and reply in the thread.
Recover a failed send
The draft is kept when delivery fails. Resolve the connection or permission problem and retry. Avoid sending the same request from several hosts at once.
