Direktly is built and published by Femigrey. Femigrey is a Business Reality Partner for audacious Builders who are allergic to average and are building to thrive in a digital world.

Our purpose is to redefine the standard for how businesses are built. Guided by Purposeful Clarity, Imaginative Thinking, and Intentional Design, we bring together understanding, exploration and design to shape better business realities.

Our work spans Identity Design, Experience Design, Digital Design, and Narrative Design. Digital products, platforms and connected systems are part of that contribution. Alongside our partnership work, we build tools such as Direktly to help people give their ideas form and explore how they work.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Femigrey handles information for Direktly’s website and connected design workspace. OpenAI’s services and any external services you choose to use have their own privacy policies.

Information Direktly handles

When you connect, Direktly receives an account identifier and may receive your email address and display name from the host to identify your account and personalise the workspace.

Your project data can include titles, pages, layers, images and other assets, design systems, comments, prototype interactions and saved revision history. Content you choose to send to a connected conversation can include your request, selected-layer information and preview images.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the service.

How information is used

We use account information to authenticate access and associate projects with the correct account. We process project content to save, display, edit, export and restore your work, and to carry out the design requests you initiate. We use support messages to investigate and respond to your request.

Our purposes include providing the service you request, maintaining its security and reliability, and complying with applicable obligations. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will ask for it.

Storage, hosting and retention

The public website uses Cloudflare hosting. The connected application uses OpenAI Sites and its hosted project storage. Support messages are handled through Zoho Mail. These providers may process information outside Nigeria under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Projects are stored against your account. Moving a project to Trash keeps it available to restore; permanently deleting it removes its record from the application’s active project database. Editing or deleting a layer does not necessarily erase earlier revisions. Exported copies and messages already sent to a conversation are separate copies.

Projects remain available until deleted. Femigrey does not currently apply a fixed retention period to support emails held in Zoho Mail. To request deletion of a support conversation or ask about provider-managed retention, contact us. Deletion from the active application or mailbox does not promise immediate removal from all provider backups.

This website remembers your chosen appearance in browser local storage. Its code does not include advertising or visitor-analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. You can clear saved website preferences through your browser settings.

AI requests through ChatGPT and Codex

Open Direktly from the ChatGPT conversation in which you want to work. When you send a request, the workspace passes the request and selected design context to that connected conversation. OpenAI processes that content under its own terms, privacy policy and your account settings.

A local conversation and a cloud conversation are different contexts. Opening a project in another conversation does not itself move the original conversation or its local files. Local computer access and remote continuation depend on your OpenAI configuration. Do not include passwords or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your design request.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your projects, export supported copies, move projects to Trash or permanently delete them. Disconnecting the plugin is separate from deleting saved project content.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to processing, where applicable. Send requests to hellodirektly@femigrey.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before acting.

You can also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the service or its data practices change and show the current effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
